Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ik33 platform. By accessing or using ik33, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ik33 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ik33 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://ik33.ws and its associated mobile interfaces. These Terms apply to all services offered through ik33, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time.
By registering an account on ik33, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. ik33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of the ik33 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you access or use the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age. ik33 is an adult-only platform. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing or placing bets on ik33 under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, nor are you acting as an agent or nominee for another person.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ik33 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or affiliate of ik33, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person, with respect to any activity that would constitute a conflict of interest.
- You are depositing and wagering with funds that are lawfully yours, free from any criminal origin, and you are not using ik33 to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
ik33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer satisfied. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be forfeited. ik33 takes its obligations regarding the prevention of underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such matters.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ik33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same player — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where ik33 reasonably suspects that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any winnings, bonuses or balances across those accounts may be voided and forfeited. Players must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if any details change.
- You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address at registration. All information must be accurate and current.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
- ik33 may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method before processing any withdrawal request or at any time during your account's life.
- Any attempt to use false, borrowed or fraudulent identity information to open or operate an account on ik33 will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
ik33 will never ask you to provide your password by email, telephone or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that we can secure your account and investigate any unauthorised access.
ik33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank transfers may also be available subject to availability at the time of transaction. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ik33 does not charge any fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. ik33 does not accept deposits made from accounts or cards registered to third parties. Any such deposit may be returned and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance or where additional verification is required.
- ik33 will only process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account, unless an exception is approved by our compliance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
- Bonus funds, free spins winnings and promotional credits that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the withdrawable balance as shown in your account dashboard is available for withdrawal at any given time.
- ik33 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a withdrawal request appears inconsistent with the player's deposit and wagering history. In such cases, ik33 will communicate the reason for any delay to the player within a reasonable time.
ik33 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose its own fees, and ik33 accepts no responsibility for charges levied by third-party payment providers. ik33 also reserves the right to recover the cost of any chargeback or payment reversal from a player's account balance.
ik33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.
- Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as real-money funds, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal of the associated funds is permitted. Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment or may contribute at a reduced rate.
- ik33 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect a bonus already in progress for an eligible player. Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent means, including through multi-accounting or exploitation of system errors, will be voided.
- Players must be 21 years of age or older to claim any bonus or participate in any promotion on ik33. Bonuses are available exclusively to players with verified accounts who meet all eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed.
ik33 will never require a player to take a bonus. If you wish to make a deposit without receiving an associated bonus offer, you may contact support to ensure that no bonus is applied to your account. Bonus terms, including the applicable wagering requirement multiplier, minimum odds restrictions on sports betting, and any game-specific contribution rate, will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
The ik33 sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, virtual sports and other sporting events. All bets placed on ik33 are subject to the following rules, in addition to any event-specific rules that may be published in the sportsbook interface at the time of the event:
- All bets are final once confirmed. ik33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases where ik33 determines at its own discretion that a manifest error has occurred in the odds or market terms.
- In the event that a match, event or competition is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete according to its scheduled format, ik33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance in accordance with the applicable sport's settled rules.
- ik33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market, to restrict a player's access to specific markets, or to refuse a bet entirely, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Such actions may be taken where ik33 detects irregular betting patterns, potential arbitrage activity or other conduct inconsistent with normal recreational wagering.
- Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet. ik33 is not liable for any difference between odds displayed during browsing and the odds ultimately confirmed at the point of bet placement.
All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. In cricket, this means the result as declared by the ICC, BPL governing body or the relevant national cricket board, as applicable. Where an official result is subject to appeal or review, ik33 may delay settlement of affected markets until the result is confirmed as final.
ik33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and stay in control of their play. Use of ik33 is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and above. If at any time you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, your finances, your relationships or your mental health, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account and to contact our support team.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
- Session time reminders: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will display a reminder that the player's session time limit has been reached.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted to [email protected] and will take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Reality checks: The platform will periodically display notifications showing the player their session duration and net win or loss position during that session, to support informed decision-making during play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ik33 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ik33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and balances, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or bonus eligibility rules.
- Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using ik33 as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, tax evasion or any other unlawful financial purpose.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug or system vulnerability on the platform to obtain funds, credits or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided regardless of whether the error was reported.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any conduct that involves use of non-public information to gain an advantage on sports betting markets. ik33 cooperates fully with all sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of such conduct.
Where ik33 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to withhold any winnings, bonuses or balances accrued during the period of the prohibited conduct, to recover any losses caused to ik33 by such conduct, and to take all other steps necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its other players.
All content on the ik33 platform, including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials and brand elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ik33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No part of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, transmitted, displayed, published or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ik33.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ik33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, resell, commercially exploit, scrape, data-mine or otherwise extract data or content from the platform for any purpose other than your own personal use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ik33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. ik33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ik33 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions or defects. Where the platform experiences downtime or a technical fault during which bets cannot be placed or games cannot be accessed, ik33's sole obligation is to restore the platform to normal operation as soon as reasonably practicable. ik33 is not liable for any losses or missed opportunities arising from platform unavailability, regardless of the cause.
ik33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ik33 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by email to the address registered on the player's account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after the notice is published, except where changes are required immediately by law or to address an urgent security concern.
Your continued use of the ik33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform before the effective date and may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time prior to that date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ik33's operating jurisdiction. ik33 operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh and takes all reasonable steps to ensure that its operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of any dispute between a player and ik33, the player should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. ik33 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the player may refer the matter to any competent authority or dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over the relevant subject matter.
